Burger and frites

Turkey burger with sauteed fennel, spring onions, and garlic mixed in the patty.
Topped with mexican hot sauce (another irreplaceable condiment of mine)
White truffle garlic yogurt
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Served on a pan grilled eggplant "bun"
Served in a couple of brussel leaves as a wrapper
With a side of pan fried garlic yam fries

I know how to lunch ;)
But then again i eat lunch at like 3:30 so maybe that's linner ;)
