Another use for watermelon rinds
So i've decided to call my cabbage "tortilla" tacos, cabbacos :) Cabbacos have been born! Anyway...today's story. Inspired from the idea of pickled watermelon rind, I made a salsa from watermelon rind. I put the following in my food processor : just the white of the watermelon rind, cilantro, a small amount of pickles(I was out of pickled jalapenos) and dash of habanero hot sauce(to compensate for the jalapenos). Pretty tasty :)
