RAWvioli

I came across a recipe for Ravioli using zucchini slices as the pasta. I used yellow squash. I made the filling with chick peas and sunflower seeds as oppose to making a nut "cheese" so it wasn't quite cheese-like. More hummus like. But I was out of nuts! I'm all about improve ;) even if it isn't exactly what I was I initially going for. I drizzled the RAWviolis with flax seed oil. The oil really helps make it seem like pasta.
