OMG chocolate cake!

I was having a major chocolate attack and shipped up this sugarless flourless chocolate cake.
I heated about 1/4-1/3 cup virgin coconut oil. Removed from heat then added 1/4 cocoa powder, 1/2 mulberry flour ( dried mulberries then pulverized in the vitamix to become a powder), tsp. Vanilla, dash of salt. Then separately I whipped two egg whites til stiff. I beat the chocolate mixture with two egg yolks then beat in a couple tablespoons of almond milk, as the batter was rather crumbly. Then mixed in the egg whites and poured in two buttered. 3" pie pans. Baked 375 degrees for 12-15 min. Topping: I mixed pureed prunes, vanilla and greek yogurt, then topped with a generous drizzle of pomegranate molasses.  Soooooooo goood! 
Chocolate attack gone! ;)
