To-pizza!

A tostada inspired cold pizza.
I toasted a sprouted grain tortilla, mashed some avocado on top, sprinkled with nutritional yeast, topped with a food processed salsa of fresh tomato + basil+ garlic powder+salt, then topped with more nutritional yeast, sliced black olives and peperoncinis. Yum!
